My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center had its highs and lows. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. However, the street noise from the nearby Medical Campus was a significant drawback. While the location was convenient for medical visits, it was a bit far from downtown, making transportation more challenging than I anticipated.
