Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center had its highs and lows. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. However, the street noise from the nearby Medical Campus was a significant drawback. While the location was convenient for medical visits, it was a bit far from downtown, making transportation more challenging than I anticipated.
I had a decent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, and the security measures made me feel safer in a sketchy area. However, the location felt unsafe due to the presence of homeless individuals nearby, which was concerning, especially for a family visit. I appreciated the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, but I found the decor rather dated and the pool temperature freezing.
My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center had its highs and lows. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast were commendable, with decent options for all tastes. However, the location was quite concerning, surrounded by a visible homeless situation and noise throughout the night. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, the surrounding area and certain service issues left me feeling uneasy about my choice.
I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a great impression. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. However, the noise levels from the busy area outside were quite disruptive, especially at night. 🎶😴
My recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I found the location to be convenient, especially since it was right across from the subway. The breakfast spread was also a comforting touch, with plenty of options to start my day. However, I encountered cleanliness issues with the sleeper couch and some unfriendly staff interactions, leaving me a bit disappointed. Overall, while there were some highlights, I would hesitate to return due to these concerns. 😐
